Required Skills / Experience : Act as an information resource and point of contact for the Orient-Express portfolio. Handle Inbound and Outbound Customer Service related calls including reservation modifications, reservation cancellations and fulfillment inquiries for the North American properties. When appropriate, pursue sales opportunities and capture business leads to sustain the Outbound sales program. Handle upwards of 75 or more incoming calls per day.

Bachelors Degree Minimum and one year experience in Inbound Telesales or Customer Service operations required.
Hospitality or hotel operations experience or college degree in a Hospitality major preferred.
Excellent verbal and written skills, listening skills and questioning techniques.
Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment, work independently and interact within a team.
Highly motivated and results oriented individual.
Strategic thinker with analytical qualities.
Ability to promote friendly, positive relations with all telephone callers.
Proficiency in PC or computer skills.
Ability to focus attention to details, be well organized and follow up.
Ability to prepare written reports.
Ability to calculate.
Ability multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be organized with strong attention to detail, work independently and interact within a team.
Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
Ability to work effectively and relate well with senior management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the hotel.
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule and work long hours.
Understanding of the luxury hotel environment.
Knowledge of a second language preferred.
