Formally a private residence, The Villa is built on three levels and has three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living room with open fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, TV/Video/DVD, stereo, wi-fi and daily maid service. An outside terrace features a barbecue area and a private heated swimming pool with panoramic views.
Decorated in traditional Majorcan style, the property is an ideal base to explore the charming surroundings and only a short walk from an assortment of museums, shops, restaurants and elegant buildings made from local stone.
Guests of The Villa may use La Residencia’s nearby private beach where they can enjoy a snack or light lunch.
